What is EvronDesk?
EvronDesk is a cloud POS for restaurants, bars, cafés, quick-service chains, food trucks, cloud kitchens and hotel F&B outlets. It covers the register, kitchen display, tables, online and QR ordering, inventory, loyalty, staff, reports and integrations, and keeps working offline.
How much does EvronDesk cost?
US$29 (Starter, 2 devices), US$59 (Growth, 5 devices) or US$99 (Pro, 12 devices) a month per location, billed monthly with no contract or setup fee. See pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with every feature, and no card required.
What devices does EvronDesk run on?
Any device with a modern browser: Windows and Mac computers, iPads, Android tablets and phones, iPhones and Chromebooks. It installs as an app from the browser.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Registers and handhelds keep taking orders and payments offline and sync automatically when the internet is back. Online orders and delivery apps wait for the connection.
Do I have to use your card processing?
No. EvronDesk doesn't process cards. Use your own bank's terminal and record card payments on the POS. Online payments use Stripe.
Can it connect to delivery apps?
Yes, through Deliverect, UrbanPiper or a direct connection, covering foodpanda, Talabat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Careem, Swiggy, Zomato and others depending on your country.
Does it support my country's tax rules?
EvronDesk handles inclusive and exclusive tax, multiple rates, takeaway rates and service charge everywhere. It reports to FBR and PRA in Pakistan, prints ZATCA-format QR codes in Saudi Arabia, and has a generic connector for other tax portals and e-invoicing providers.
Can I use EvronDesk in a hotel?
Yes, for restaurants, bars, room service and banqueting, with charge to room. EvronDesk is not a hotel PMS.
How many locations can I run?
As many as you like. Each location has its own plan, and reports can combine all of them.
Is my data safe?
Data is stored in an encrypted cloud database with row-level security, so each restaurant's data is isolated. Staff use individual accounts or PINs with roles, and card numbers are never stored.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Reports, guests and sales export to CSV, and the API gives programmatic access to menu, orders, customers, stock and reports.
Is there an API?
Yes, a REST API with scoped keys and signed webhooks. See the API page.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no exit fee.
