Restaurant POS system
The restaurant POS that keeps service moving
EvronDesk runs your register, kitchen screens, tables, online orders, stock and reports from one place. It works on the tablets and computers you already own, and it keeps taking orders when the Wi-Fi gives up on a Friday night.
No card needed · No hardware to buy · Plans from US$29/month

One restaurant POS, from the front door to the pass
Most restaurants end up with a till, a separate kitchen printer, a delivery tablet for every app, a spreadsheet for stock and a notebook for staff hours. EvronDesk puts all of it on one live system that everyone sees at the same time.
Register
Dine-in, takeaway, delivery and bar tabs. Modifiers, courses, seat numbers and split bills in a couple of taps.
Learn moreKitchen display
Tickets go straight to the right station with timers, colour alerts, bump and expo. Printers are optional.
Learn moreTables & bookings
A floor plan that shows who's ordered, who's waiting on food and which table wants the bill.
Learn moreOnline & QR ordering
Your own ordering page, QR codes on tables and self-order kiosks, all feeding the same kitchen.

Take an order in the time it takes to say it
Big buttons, a clean menu and no maze of sub-screens. A new server is ringing up orders on their first shift, and your regulars stop waiting for the till.
- Dine-in, takeaway, delivery, drive-thru and room service on one screen
- Forced and optional modifiers, combos and time-based menus
- Split by seat, by item, evenly or any amount
- Cash, card terminal, wallets, gift cards, store credit and part payments
- Manager PIN for voids, refunds and big discounts

Kitchen display system
A kitchen that never loses a ticket
Orders from the register, handhelds, QR tables, your website and delivery apps land on the same screen in the order they were placed. Cooks bump with a tap or a bump bar, expo sees what's ready, and servers see it too.
- Route items to grill, fryer, bar or pastry automatically
- Ticket timers and colour changes, so late orders stand out
- Hold and fire by course, rush flags and recall
- Ticket printing as a backup, not a requirement

Tables
See the whole room at a glance
Each table shows its total, how long it's been seated and where it is in the meal: ordered, food ready, served, bill asked for, needs cleaning. Hosts seat faster and servers stop walking the floor to check.
- Drag-and-drop floor plan with sections and multiple floors
- Move, merge and transfer tables and checks
- Bookings, waitlist with SMS, and no-show tracking
- A QR code on every table so guests can order from their phones

Offline mode
Built for the night the internet drops
Cloud POS systems are only as good as their worst Wi-Fi moment. EvronDesk saves every order and payment on the device first, keeps the kitchen moving, and syncs the moment you're back online. No lost tickets, no paper fallback.

Restaurant POS questions, answered
What is a restaurant POS system?
A restaurant POS (point of sale) system is the software, and the screen it runs on, where staff take orders, send them to the kitchen, split bills and take payment. A modern one also runs the kitchen display, table plan, online orders, stock, staff hours and reports, so the whole restaurant works from the same live information.
How much does EvronDesk cost?
Plans start at US$29 a month per location for up to 2 devices, with Growth at US$59 and Pro at US$99. There's a 14-day free trial with no card, no setup fee and no contract. See pricing for what each plan includes.
Does EvronDesk work if the internet goes down?
Yes. The register keeps taking orders and recording payments on each device. Everything syncs to the cloud automatically when the connection comes back, and the device stays licensed for up to seven days offline. Read more about offline mode.
What hardware do I need?
Nothing proprietary. EvronDesk runs in a browser and installs as an app on Windows and Mac computers, iPads, Android tablets and phones, and Chromebooks. Add any receipt printer your device can print to, a cash drawer if you take cash, and your existing card terminal. Our hardware guide explains the options.
Is EvronDesk good for a small restaurant?
Yes. A small restaurant can run on one tablet and a printer on the Starter plan, and add kitchen screens, handhelds and online ordering later without changing systems. See POS for small restaurants.
Can EvronDesk take orders from foodpanda, Talabat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats?
Yes, through a delivery-app aggregator such as Deliverect or UrbanPiper, or through a direct connection that sends orders to our intake endpoint. Orders land on the kitchen display with your own menu prices and item names. See integrations.
Can I use EvronDesk in a hotel?
Yes, for the food and beverage side: the hotel restaurant, bar, pool bar, room service and banqueting. EvronDesk is not a hotel property management system (PMS), so room bookings and folios stay in your PMS. See hotel POS.
