The integration activity log
Integrations fail quietly in most POS systems: an order goes missing and nobody knows why. In EvronDesk, every incoming order from a store, delivery app or the API is written to the Integration activity log with its source, reference and result. If an item didn't match your menu or a signature was wrong, the log says so in plain words. Filter to Problems to see only what needs attention.
Built to be safe
Each integration has its own secret, which you can rotate at any time. Shopify and WooCommerce webhooks are verified by signature before anything is accepted. API keys are shown once, stored only as a hash, and limited to the scopes you choose. Webhooks are signed so your systems can check they came from EvronDesk.
Frequently asked questions
What does a restaurant POS integrate with?
Common integrations are delivery apps, online ordering, payment processors, accounting software, payroll, loyalty and marketing tools, reservations and, in many countries, the tax authority's e-invoicing system. An open API lets you connect anything else.
Does EvronDesk have an API?
Yes, a documented REST API with scoped keys, idempotent order creation, cursor pagination and signed webhooks. See the API page or the developer docs.
Where do I set up integrations?
In EvronDesk, go to Settings → Integrations. Each connection shows its status and a log of recent activity, so you can see exactly what arrived and why anything was rejected.
