The service
EvronDesk is a cloud point-of-sale service for restaurants and hospitality businesses, provided by Capra, Lahore, Pakistan. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure, and we may improve or change features over time.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, the staff you invite, and keeping passwords and PINs private. You must give accurate information and be authorised to act for your business.
Trial, plans and payment
New restaurants get a 14-day free trial with every feature. After that, plans are charged monthly or yearly per location, in US dollars or, in Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka, in local currency. Prices are shown on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan you're on.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use EvronDesk for anything unlawful, to store card numbers, to attack or overload the service, or to access other customers' data.
Your data
Your restaurant data belongs to you. You can export it at any time while your account is active. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Tax, payments and compliance
EvronDesk calculates and records taxes, service charges and payments based on the settings you choose, and can connect to tax portals you configure. You remain responsible for your tax settings, filings and compliance with local law. Card payments are processed by your own provider or by Stripe, under their terms.
Third-party services
Integrations with delivery apps, aggregators, online stores, payment providers and tax portals depend on those services and their terms. We're not responsible for their availability or actions.
Liability
EvronDesk is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or go unpaid, after notice where reasonable.
