Short answer
EvronDesk is a cloud restaurant POS for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE. It prints 5% VAT receipts with your TRN, supports Arabic and English item names, brings Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem and Keeta orders onto one kitchen screen, and keeps working offline.
VAT receipts with your TRN
Set 5% VAT, inclusive or exclusive, and add your TRN to the receipt. Each receipt shows the VAT amount and the totals your tax agent expects. Service charge, where you apply it, appears as its own line. Some hotel and tourism outlets also add municipality fees and similar charges; the service charge line on dine-in bills keeps such charges visible and reported separately.
Arabic and English, side by side
Give every item an Arabic name as well as its English one. Both show on the kitchen display, tickets, receipts and your online ordering page.
Delivery is the business
In the UAE, delivery is often half of a restaurant's sales or more. Connect Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta and noon Food through Deliverect and they all land in one kitchen queue in your own item names. Cloud kitchens running several brands from one kitchen can keep them in one queue too. See cloud kitchen POS.
Card payments
Take cards and Apple Pay on the terminal from your bank or provider (Network International, Magnati, Geidea and others) and record them on the POS. EvronDesk doesn't take a cut.
Hotels and resorts
Dubai's hotels run restaurants, lounges, pool bars and room service side by side. EvronDesk handles each outlet, with room service, charge to room and service charge. See hotel POS.
E-invoicing
The UAE's national e-invoicing system is being introduced in phases from 2026, beginning with B2B and B2G invoices exchanged through accredited service providers. When your business comes into scope, EvronDesk can send invoices to your provider through the generic tax connector.
