Short answer
A cloud kitchen POS should merge every delivery channel into one kitchen queue, match items to your menu automatically, and show which channel and brand each sale came from. EvronDesk does this through Deliverect, UrbanPiper or direct connections, plus your own commission-free ordering page.
One queue, not five tablets
Every delivery app has its own tablet, its own sound and its own idea of what an order looks like. EvronDesk takes orders from all of them and shows them on the kitchen display in your own item names, sorted by time, with the channel and customer clearly marked. Cooks work one list. Nobody retypes anything.
Matched to your menu
Delivery-app items are matched to your EvronDesk menu by SKU, so prices, recipes and stock deductions come from your own menu. If an app sends something that doesn't match, the order still arrives with the unmatched item flagged so the kitchen can check it. Duplicate deliveries of the same order are ignored.
Several brands, one kitchen
Run your burger brand, your wings brand and your salad brand from the same line. The simplest setup keeps all brands in one EvronDesk location, each with its own menu categories and delivery-app channel, so every order lands in one kitchen queue and category reports show each brand's sales. If you want brands fully separate, run each as its own location and use the all-locations reports to compare them.
Your own channel
Delivery apps are great for discovery and expensive for repeat customers. Your EvronDesk ordering page has no commission. Put the link on every bag and flyer, offer a small discount for ordering direct, and grow the channel you keep.
Dispatch and drivers
If you deliver yourself, the delivery board assigns drivers, tracks pickup and delivery, and sends the customer a tracking link. Zones and fees keep orders within reach.
Numbers by channel
See sales, order count and average order value by channel and brand, plus prep times by hour. Compare what each app actually pays out with what you sold through it, and decide where to spend your promo budget.
Frequently asked questions
What is a cloud kitchen POS?
A cloud kitchen (or ghost kitchen) POS is built around delivery: it collects orders from delivery apps and your own website, sends them to the kitchen in one queue, and handles dispatch and per-channel reporting. Dine-in features matter less.
Can I run several virtual brands from one kitchen?
Yes, two ways. Keep every brand in one location with its own menu categories and channels, so they all share one kitchen queue. Or run each brand as a separate location for fully separate menus and reports, with combined reporting across them.
Which delivery apps work with EvronDesk?
Any app that Deliverect or UrbanPiper connects to (including foodpanda, Talabat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Careem, Swiggy, Zomato, Grab and DoorDash in their markets), plus any partner that can send orders to our intake endpoint.
