Short answer

EvronDesk is a cloud restaurant POS for Singapore cafés, restaurants, bars and hawker-style counters. It shows the 10% service charge and GST as separate lines, supports QR table ordering, records PayNow, NETS and card payments from your own terminal, and takes GrabFood, foodpanda and Deliveroo orders through Deliverect.

Service charge and GST, the Singapore way

Most sit-down restaurants in Singapore add a 10% service charge and then GST, showing both on the bill. Set both once and every dine-in bill shows them as separate lines; takeaway orders skip the service charge automatically. One thing to know: EvronDesk calculates GST on the food and drink, not yet on the service charge itself, which Singapore normally requires. Contact us before going live so we can confirm your setup.

QR ordering that saves staff

With labour hard to find, QR table ordering has become standard in Singapore. Print a QR code for each table, and guests order and re-order from their phones. Every order lands on the kitchen display with the table number.

PayNow, NETS and cards

Take PayNow, NETS and cards on your own terminal or QR stand and record them in EvronDesk. Reports show each payment method separately for reconciliation.

Delivery apps

GrabFood, foodpanda and Deliveroo orders come in through Deliverect, matched to your menu by SKU and labelled by app on the kitchen screen.

Bilingual menus

Add Chinese names alongside English for every item. Both show on the kitchen display, tickets and receipts.

Frequently asked questions

How does EvronDesk calculate service charge and GST in Singapore?

Set the 10% service charge on dine-in and the current GST rate (9% at the time of writing). Both print as separate lines. EvronDesk currently calculates GST on food and drink only; in Singapore GST is normally due on the service charge too, so talk to us before you go live and we'll confirm the setup for your bills.

Can customers order by QR code?

Yes. Each table gets its own QR code. Orders go straight to the kitchen display, and if you've connected Stripe, guests can pay online too.

Does it support PayNow?

PayNow, NETS and cards are taken on your own terminal or QR, and recorded in EvronDesk using the wallet or card buttons.
