Short answer
EvronDesk shows your floor plan with live table status (free, ordered, food ready, served, bill requested, needs cleaning, reserved), each table's total and time seated. It also handles online bookings, a waitlist with SMS, deposits and no-shows.
A floor plan you draw yourself
Drag tables into place, name them, set the number of seats and choose round or square. Group them into sections and floors: main hall, terrace, upstairs, bar. Switch between the visual floor plan and a compact list on small screens.
Status at a glance
Each table changes colour as the meal moves along: ordered, food ready, served, bill requested, needs cleaning, reserved. Hosts can seat the next party the moment a table is clean, and managers can spot the table that's been waiting for its mains too long.
Move, merge and transfer
Guests move from the bar to a table, two parties join up, or a server hands over at the end of a shift. Move an order to another table, merge tables into one check, or transfer a table to another server in a couple of taps. Nothing is re-entered.
Bookings and the waitlist
Take bookings by phone on the Bookings screen, or let guests book on your public booking page. Add notes and allergies, take a deposit, and mark no-shows so you remember next time. On busy nights, add walk-ins to the waitlist and text them when their table is ready.
Guest history at the table
Link a booking or an order to a guest and the server sees their visit history, allergies and notes. Loyalty points build up automatically. See loyalty and gift cards.
